Black Cat Distillery prides itself on being an award winning producer of small batch, hand crafted, artisan gin combining complex flavours from a wide range of botanicals to give unique flavour profiles with interesting and exciting tastes. The inspiration behind the recipe development of the gins we produce fuses traditional distilling techniques with Southern Asiatic and European botanicals with hints of Africa to create modern and elegant flavours. The use of the finest botanicals in our contemporary distillery gives the Black Cat Gins flavours which bubble and combine in our shiny copper pot still. It is twice distilled in our thumper and then condensed to produce the sparkling flow of ginny ambrosia. Black Cat Distillery has produced three award winning gins in their Black Cat range. Each of the gins were Silver Award winners in the 2024 London Spirits Competition. The gins in the Black Cat range are: Spicy: a warming, aromatic and spicy London Dry Gin. Fruity: A Pink Peppercorn and Pomegranate Gin. Savoury: A Mediterranean inspired Herbaceous and Olive Gin. Black Cat Distillery have recently partnered with the 3 Dads Walking Campaign, to produce a London Dry Gin with a twist of Grapefruit, to raise money for the Papyrus Charity which works to prevent young suicides. Black Cat Distillery have recently started their Gin Workshops and offer a Bespoke Contract Distilling Service.
