Melike Hussein is the founder of BreathZone. She is a holistic health practitioner dedicated to optimizing individual and employee wellbeing and performance through evidence-backed Breathwork, Mindfulness, and MBCT-based tools. Her approach delivers both immediate results and long-term change. As a leading holistic health practitioner, Melike uniquely combines 16 years of training and experience in medicine (as a qualified nurse) and wellness with 15 years of corporate experience in finance management and leadership roles. She offers in-person and online solutions to clients from her two bases in Central Birmingham and London, as well as across the UK and worldwide.
