About Brevard Physician Associates
BPA is multi-physician-owned, hospital based and multi-specialty group of more than 150 physicians and advanced level practitioners formed in October 2013. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, cost-efficient integrated service that facilitates patient satisfaction, quality, and outcomes in the specialties of anesthesiology, emergency medicine, and radiology. BPA provides services to four Health First hospitals: Holmes Regional Medical Center, Cape Canaveral Hospital, Viera Hospital, Palm Bay Hospital, Melbourne Same Day Surgery Center, Melbourne GI Center, and several free-standing diagnostic centers. Physician owners of BPA are former owners of Brevard Anesthesia Services, PA (formed in 1977), Brevard Emergency Services, PA (1984), Central Brevard Radiology, PA (1993), and Space Coast Emergency Physicians, PLLC (2004), as well as some anesthesiologists and radiologists formerly employed by Health First Medical Group. Advanced level practitioners include Physician Assistants, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants. Together we have provided over 1000 years of medical services to this community.
