Established by Adam Parker in 2000, buildspec (formerly Resicare Builders) has been delivering projects of all shapes and sizes to a diverse range of clients for over 20 years. Adam Parker established Resicare Builders to construct and deliver public healthcare sector assets to the Salvation Army. The business evolved, and Buildspec has now delivered over 200 retail, office, industrial, mining, healthcare, sport and recreation, hospitality, accommodation, education, community and government infrastructure projects. It is through these experiences that Buildspec forged its reputation for delivering exceptional construction outcomes, no matter the challenge. Matt Huf joined the business in 2010, and immediately brought a breadth of construction and project management knowledge through his experience working on commercial, high-end residential, mining infrastructure, and public infrastructure projects. Today, Adam and Matt lead a team of 15 full and part time construction professionals. Our team have worked together for many years on numerous complex construction challenges, and can offer you a level of cohesion that is likely to be unparalleled in our market.
