C.i.i. Food Service Design, founded in 1979, is a Michigan based food facilities design consulting firm offering a complete variety of services including feasibility studies, programming, spatial analysis, layout, contract drawings, specifications, construction review services, final punch list, and so on. C.i.i. is not an equipment dealer, accepts no compensation from equipment manufacturers, and derives no benefit from the sale or specification of any equipment, but acts solely on behalf of the client to provide an objectively designed, competitively bid, and functionally efficient facility. The keyword of our firm is service. We are accustomed to and embrace our role as expert and expediter to help ensure that the food service design solution not only responds to the requirements of the owner but also incorporates seamlessly into the overall design effort, including the needs of the other design disciplines. This helps minimize construction questions and issues while insuring that the Owner receives the best possible facility available.
