Canyon View Capital and Canyon View Properties were founded by Bob Davidson. Bob started MRA (My Retirement Assets) in 2001 and rebranded under Canyon View Capital in 2012. Our first community was purchased in 2005. We now own and manage over 6,800 units in 36 communities and employ over 100 team members throughout the Midwest. Canyon View Properties (CVP) is part of the Canyon View Capital (CVC) Company. CVC owns over $1 billion in multifamily real estate across 4 heartland states. Canyon View Properties is our fully integrated property management company. With CVP, we hire incredible employees to manage our regions and communities.
