Welcome! Captiva Design understands the stress of selling and buying a home. Our passion for Interior Decorating and Home Staging, coupled with a love for Real Estate allows clients to prepare for the next “big” move. Whether up-sizing or down-sizing, we can assist you. With over 14 years’ experience in the Home Staging and Design industry in South Florida we have a wealth of knowledge to help make the process easy and stress-free for clients. Captiva Design understands what potential Buyers want and need in today’s complex Real Estate market. Captiva Design launched in 2005 as an interior decorating and home staging company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We have designed over 5000 spaces, and our work has been featured on HGTV “All Star Flip”, Sun Sentinel, South Florida HOME, and more. Our relationships with our clients are upfront and personal. No two homes are alike. Our goal is to curate the look and feel based on the client’s existing furnishings to create a design plan that best meets the needs and budget. ABOUT OUR FOUNDER Bridget King, is the CEO and Founder of Captiva Design. She believes in the power of creating inviting spaces for her clients to use, entertain, or leverage during the important moments in their lives. Bridget helps her clients visualize and articulate their ideal living space based on their needs and budgets. She works with a team of talented tradespeople and artisans serving the South Florida area. She has excellent project management skills which keeps each client informed of the progress and ensures that every project is completed within a timely manner.
