About Care Difference

Care Difference is a registered NDIS provider in offering crisis accommodation, respite, alternative therapies and community services. As a care provider our mission is to provide opportunity and direction to individuals, families and communities facing difference, to reach their goals through empowerment, respectful and compassionate care. We’re proudly an inclusive organisation. Our services are not limited to any age group or type of disability and provides the support needed for the individual to help reach their full potential. Our founder Linda has worked in the care industry for the last decade. Her passion is to bring positive change to lives through empowerment, respectful and compassionate care. Linda has a particular interest in creative counselling, animal therapy, art therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The positive self awareness equips our clients with tools to better cope with anxiety and stress, this can boost self esteem and improve social skills. Linda's qualifications include: Master of Education (School Guidance and Counselling), Diploma of Education (Primary), Bachelor of Applied Science (Home Economics) and a Diploma in Child Youth and Family Intervention. ACA, ACWA, MEd, BASc, Dip CYFI.
