Building on over 30 years in marketing and business development for multi-national companies like Coca-Cola Ltd. and H.J. Heinz, I help young professionals just starting out or looking to advance in their careers. I work with each individual to develop a tailored strategy for their career direction or ‘confidently’ dealing with many types of difficult career and business situations they are encountering. Every person I coach is unique and I guide them through their situation using collaborative and goal orientated discussions, smart questions, thoughtful dialogue, role play and working on simple templates.
