About Career Transitions Center
CTC ‘s mission is to empower professionals to find meaningful employment. It is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization serving people in job or career transitions. Since our founding, CTC offers professional career management support to unemployed or unfulfilled workers throughout the United States and beyond, through in-person and virtual services. Our client range from mid-career professionals to new college graduates. Prospective client information sessions are offered once a week. CTC is a volunteer-driven organization of job/career coaches, speakers and board committee members. 40+ volunteer job/career coaches and career professionals help clients through their searches, including planning, reviewing written documents, interviewing, negotiating and managing the emotions that accompany transition. CTC's offerings include one-on-one coaching, workshops and networking opportunities. Last year, CTC served 300 professionals and 80% secured employment within 4 months. Additionally, CTC provides affordable outplacement services and customized training.
