Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition professionals invest in LinkedIn; they often use a search tool that gives them access to the entire LinkedIn network and often search by keywords. That said, the more information you include in your LinkedIn profile, the more likely that you'll be found and not have to do as much of the job search work yourself!
