Casas Real Estate is the product of David and Scott’s determination to provide clients with an unparalleled experience. Full Service at 1% fills a void in the real estate industry, seeking to provide clients with an alternative to the traditional brokerage models of the past. The real estate industry is built on traditional brokerage models and agents who set the “standard” for commissions, yet those standards and businesses have not adapted to the changing times. With traditional brokerages, you receive a full-service model with high commission rates, oftentimes used to cover added expenses that have nothing to do with the real estate transactions, such as staffing, office lease, holiday parties, etc. On the opposite end of the spectrum, with discount brokerages, you typically pay a reduced commission rate but receive no real services other than listing your home on the MLS. We at Casas Real Estate seek to bridge the gap between traditional brokerages and discount brokerages. We recognize that the real estate industry is changing and we are committed to changing with it, providing our clients with the full service that they have come to expect at a lower cost, creating the highest value.
