CeleraPro is led by Dr. Remo Perini, an Innovative Business Executive with years of experience driving solutions and strategies to maximize value to clients and government agencies. CeleraPro has a Secret FCL and a GSA prime contract with 34 FTE providing administration support in the DC Metro area. CeleraPro is a respected support contractor with demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, elevate, and build cohesive teams. CeleraPro Possesses valuable combination of leadership, business development, and technical ability to drive engagements at CXO level, mission operators as well as with system developers and IT architects. In addition to systems engineering and office administration, CeleraPro techical quals include expertise in Emerging Biometric Technologies, Cyber Security, Digital System Design, RF Systems, Information Technology, Data Communications, and Information Assurance. Dr. Perini brings CeleraPro experience meeting with strategic clients and building strategic relationships, deep understanding of government acquisition processes, and an impressive contract history across the DoD, IC, and Federal Government. In addition to a BSEE, MSEE, and MBA, Dr. Perini has a PhD from George Mason University in Information Security which included a doctoral dissertation describing his development of a cognitive biometric technology based on the RF emitted by the brain in response to IT security relevant stimuli. This technology has been submitted as a patent application to the USPTO. Remo currently enjoys participation in the review of technology standards, and on innovation forums, where solutions to hard problems can often be solved through crowd sourcing.
