About Center for Mental Health
Center for Mental Health was founded in January 2018 by the Chief Clinical Psychologist Nupur Dhakephalkar with the intention of making expert and holistic mental health care available while creating awareness and reducing taboo and stigma around mental illness. We offer individual, couples', & family psychotherapy and counseling, queer affirmative counselling, psychological (cognitive, personality, diagnostic) and neuropsychological assessments, neuro-rehabilitation, art therapy, corporate wellness and EAP, internship, and supervision services. We also provide necessary reports and certifications by our RCI registered Clinical Psychologists We, at our mental health center in Pune, India, provide mental healthcare services to a demographic that ranges through every walk of life; children, teenagers, youth, adults, and the elderly. Our team of therapists in Pune consists of inclusive, dedicated, compassionate, and highly qualified psychologists in India who take an empathetic, ethical, confidential and non-judgemental stance. Our therapists in India are trained in various highly effective therapeutic specialisations like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-focused therapies, Narrative Therapy, Schema Focused Therapy, EMDR, queer affirmative counselling practices and mindfulness-based techniques.
