About Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund
The Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund helps donors give Pennsylvania EITC and OSTC tax credit donations to private schools, public schools and charities. Our charity works with several Special Purpose Entities (SPE) which allow you to individually receive Pennsylvania EITC tax credits up to your individual Pennsylvania State Tax liability. Your investment funds pass through the SPE to the Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund where 100% of your donation goes to the school of your choice as a scholarship under the EITC rules.
