In 1989, Chancey Design began building a reputation based on the concept of service and design excellence. It was a formula that resulted in tremendous client satisfaction and it helped us to become one of the most respected interior design, architecture, land planning firms in the Southeast. We have projects in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Washington DC, Ohio, Colorado, Idaho, the Bahamas and Grand Cayman. Chancey Design specializes in residential architecture and interior design from custom single family homes to multi-story condominiums but our project portfolio also offers health care, resort planning, senior housing and a great many mixed-use projects that include restaurants, offices, banks and retail space.
