Founded in Australia, the first of the CHANGƎ studios opened at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in October 2020 with a fresh approach to class-based training. The introduction of ‘cross training has been established and cemented in a way never thought possible, CHANGƎ takes that a step further - a complete fusion of exercise, mental wellness and lifestyle. The brand was conceptualised by a trio of fitness and business experts, Pete Haselhurst, Emma Pearson and Lucy Francis to change the cookie-cutter approach to fitness in Australia, creating a movement of real ‘change’ that welcomes its community to experience a new lifestyle journey together. Disregarding any notion of exclusivity CHANGƎ is a functional space that offers far more than just kettlebells, weights and classes. From meditation, yoga, reformer Pilates to having extracurricular equipment like surfboards and bikes available to members, eliminating all notion of the ‘sterile’ gym. CHANG doesn’t challenge its members to be a size smaller, to tone up or be scored on how much you can bench press but to adapt to a health and wellness lifestyle that carries through their life, not just the class.
