Established in 1998, Cheetah Transportation Systems was formed by a group of experienced transportation professionals to service the Houston area petrochemical industry and its supporting businesses. Our primary focus is truck transportation of time-critical freight from Houston to anywhere in the continental United States, with a strong presence in the petrochemical, oilfield, manufacturing and distribution markets. Cheetah utilizes an elite staff of owner/operators to carry out the transportation needs of our diverse customer base. Our drivers are drug-tested, background-checked and extensively trained. All drivers are uniformed, insured and always up-to-date with orders through our CMS system. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, with employees who are committed to providing the reliable, responsive, and efficient service our customers have come to expect. Our corporate headquarters are located at 8201 La Porte Freeway, Houston, TX 77012 and provides 60,000 sq. ft. of indoor storage space and 2.5 acres of secured outdoor storage. This places Cheetah in a great location with close proximity to major freeways, many plants and refineries, and the Houston Ship Channel.
