Code studio flats are finished to the highest specification offering residents leading facilities such as up to 100mb broadband, Sky TV, a 50 piece gym, great communal areas and a Cinema all supported by Code’s personal management services and 24-hour secured buildings. Committed to the local environment, Code has redeveloped historical city centre buildings as well as creating eco-friendly new builds using local contractors. After much hard work, quick progress and fun getting to know our student community, Code is fast becoming a premier provider of student accommodation and is now largest provider in the UK. Our three well-established sites at Western Road, Upperton Road and Eastern Boulevard have become a hub of student activity, with demand for our modern, cosy flats steadily growing each year. So much so that by September 2014 Code will provide accommodation for more than 1,250 students.
