About Cold Pressed
Cold Pressed was established in 2018 to solve a specific problem in the bar industry. In a hectic workday, a lot of time and resources were spent pressing limes and lemons. We wanted to develop a product that would reduce both time and costs — without compromising on taste. The result was Cold Pressed — cold-pressed juice of the highest quality, completely free of additives, and with a long shelf life thanks to gentle HPP technology. Today, we are the preferred choice among many of Norway’s top bars and restaurants, offering a complete range — both drinking juices and juices for use as ingredients. In 2025, we took the next step by launching freeze-dried fruit. Just like HPP, freeze-drying has significant advantages compared to traditional drying. The method preserves aroma, essential oils, and nutrients — giving the fruit a fresh fragrance and rich flavor. When the fruit is added to liquid, it rehydrates and regains its original form. This makes it far more versatile than traditional garnish — and perfect as a natural flavor enhancer in sparkling water, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonades, and mocktails.
