About Collaborative Impact

Collaborative Impact is a European-based collective of global strategic thinkers with a wide variety of expertise ranging from evaluating programmes to designing institutional strategies focused on demonstrating impact. Our mission is to make the world more sustainable and fairer by taking a systemic, empowering and inventive approach to strategy, learning and evaluation. We work with private, public and civil society sectors, from local to global levels. CI specialises in supporting and assessing transformative change and impact in complex and difficult environments, combining methodologies for rigorous analysis with well-facilitated processes to deliver more robust, relevant and empowering solutions. CI provides four main types of services: • Strategy - We help clients and partners design, monitor and adapt impact pathways and strategies in evidence-based and engaging ways. • Evaluation - We design and conduct forecasting and backcasting evaluations of systemic change and impact in complex environments, using participatory methods and mixed designs. • Learning - We help clients and partners to deliver on collective impact ambitions through knowledge, learning and dialogue using our participatory approach and methods. • Innovation - We facilitate the design and testing of new ideas and solutions in evidence-based and engaging ways, and support change makers to carry them forward.
