Additionally, CAM requires that all of its managers attain the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), or to be actively working toward acquiring the prestigious designation, thus assuring community associations like yours that the manager has the fundamental knowledge to manage your association, is committed to gaining additional education, and is committed to professionalism in the industry. Finally, the community associations under our management may establish their own individual web sites, allowing residents, through a unique name and password, to securely access information such as viewing assessment payments, reviewing architectural control requests and violations, participating in community events, and communicating with other residents within the community website. We have found that it is imperative that clear, concise communication be maintained with the board of directors as well as all homeowners within the community association.
