About Compass Care Management
Compass is a Management Service Organization (MSO) formed to build and manage a network of independent Primary Care providers. Our network delivers a vehicle for primary care physicians (PCPs) to maintain their independent practice while benefitting from the administrative support and efficiencies provided through the infrastructure of a larger organization. Our purpose is to create, manage, and elevate a vast network of providers by fulfilling the need of many independent PCPs to participate in Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Simultaneously, we provide MCOs an opportunity to streamline their operations by covering diverse practices under a unified umbrella. Our services include, but are not limited to, relationship management, reporting analytics, and healthcare risk administration. In summary, we provide “Concierge” relationship management to our health plan and physician partners.
