Compass Mobile Therapeutics began with a mother, a daughter, and one guiding belief: care should meet patients where they are. After training side-by-side at WCCMT, Hailie and Natasha Masters launched Vancouver Island’s first fully mobile paramedical practice in 2020—and reimagined how healthcare can feel. Today, Compass is a women-led team of Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Reiki practitioners, and movement specialists who travel to homes, workplaces, long-term care and hospice facilities, film sets, and vacation rentals across Greater Victoria, Nanaimo, and the Port Alberni valley. Our services include therapeutic, relaxation, and facial-sculpting massage; manual lymphatic drainage; reflexology; Reiki; personal training; onsite chair massage; and mobile acupuncture. Whether someone is navigating disability, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, anxiety, or a full schedule, we remove barriers—bringing everything from the treatment table to fresh linens. We also provide direct billing for ICBC, Veterans Affairs, and most major insurers, plus secure online booking and payment. By centering accessibility, we’ve helped thousands of Islanders reduce pain, regain mobility, and reclaim quality of life. We collaborate with First Nations health teams and senior-serving organizations, and we’re actively expanding our reach to remote coastal and island communities so geography never limits access to care. From supporting government offices, law firms, accounting offices, and tech companies to providing hands-on care in rural longhouses, our work proves that compassionate, mobile therapy matters. Along the way we’ve earned Victoria’s Best New Business Award and an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award nomination—but our greatest reward is the trust of our patients.
