Confide is an independent IT Security Company providing security audits, assessments and assurance to Government, Commercial and other Organisations. Our primary business is focussed on the security of card payments and Confide is Qualified Security Assessor Company under the Payment Card Industry's Security Standards Council. We have a PCI SSC license to operate in the APAC region so can meet clients' international requirements for card payments. Confide provides Attested Scan services to meet Requirement 11.2.2 of PCI DSS Version 3.2 standard. QuasarScan's Quasar is a tool for scanning systems looking for unsecured cardholder details and to help meet Requirement 3. It is sold exclusively through Confide. Confide also undertakes certification and assurance work for the NZ Government and vendors supplying services to the Government using the NZ information Security Manual. Confide is a member of the ICT Security and Related Services Panel having been reappointed in October 2017 and can provide InfoSec Risk Management & Assessment, InfoSec Security Governance and Strategy, and InfoSec Assurance. Other business comes from doing ISO 27001 Information Security Management audits and Amazon Web Services' security assurance work which is often incorporated in or with PCI DSS assessments.
