We embed the AND in Leaders, Teams and Organizations enabling them to fill the leadership void in today's VUCA environment. In the past, leaders were recognized and rewarded for making swift quick decisions. When information was scarce, the leader who could amass the most experience and assimilate it into decisions gained the most power. However today's environment has shifted. Information is now a commodity and decisions need to be made much faster than the traditional hierarchy allows. Yet leaders caught in a time warp, go about making and executing decisions up and down the hierarchy every day only to slow down their organization and face fatigue themselves. With this repetitive pattern of behavior and belief, these leaders leave behind a trail of division and burnout in the organizations they are attempting to lead.
