The business was founded by Owner and Principal Planner Karol Kot who has over 12 years’ experience in the industry. Bringing to the company his expertise in programming / planning for tender and construction projects, progress reporting, cost & resource loading, earned value management, EOT claims, 4D modelling and software implementation, training & consulting. Responding to a market demand for the provision of quality project planning and programming services ConPlan, through continuous improvement has delivered Australian construction companies with high quality planning and programming expertise, delivering requirements on-time and within budget, building a credible reputation in the industry. At ConPlan we assist contractors and construction professionals manage the construction planning and claims function on their projects. The administration around accurate scheduling, status updates, progress reports, tracking of delays and contractual claims is taken care of.
