About Conwal Institute
Conwal Institute advises that it has ceased operations on 29 March 2017 following cancellation of the registration of Conwal & Associates Pty Ltd, as a registered training organisation, by the Australian Skills Quality Authority on that date. It had been planned to voluntarily deregister Conwal at the end of 2017, allowing it to teach out existing students or assist in the transfer of some students to other teaching institutions to finish their courses. The Conwal team are very disappointed with this outcome, and have worked closely with industry body, Australian Council for Private Education and Training, to assist in the transfer of students to alternative providers. Students undertaking accredited courses have been provided course and tuition assurance support options via the Australian Council for Private Education and Training’s Tuition Assurance Scheme.
