Corail Consultants was founded in 2022 based on the observation that consulting firms hardly offer services dedicated to the management of compliance, legal, regulatory or governance departments or the conduct of investments, despite the constant inflation of the risks related thereto. To fill that gap, Corail Consultants advises actual or future general counsels, their hierarchy or the general management of companies on the best methodology and organisation of these departments. Corail Consultants conducts audits on existing departments, advises on their structure and (re)organisation, assesses their alignment with the overall group strategy and their interaction with the executive management, other entities or third parties, finally Corail Consultants defines the team’s profiles from a human resources point of view and provides the appropriate management and reporting tools. Corail Consultants also proposes a vast catalog of on-line or in situ training which can be tailored to the client’s needs: - management trainings to optimise the organisation and management of legal, gouvernance, compliance and regulatory departments; - Legal trainings - to prepare and protect an international investment, mainly in Sub-saharan Africa (Zone countries, Angola, Kenya), in the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi-Arabia) and France.
