Cousins Furniture is the largest independent family-run furniture retailer in the Midlands. When you visit one of our flagship showrooms, you’ll be greeted by our friendly and expert Sales Advisors, who have been well trained and have great experience in each department. Cousins Furniture offer excellent choice and value including a huge selection of world-renowned furniture brands, so we have everything you need to furnish your home in a style you love. We look forward to welcoming you into our family. The original family business was established in 1921 and specialised in the trading of items and materials reclaimed from household demolitions. Our family run business was founded in 1984; Cousins Furniture was the brainchild of two brothers Robert and Edward Shotton, along with their cousin William. With great endeavour, drive and commitment, they opened the first Cousins furniture store in Tyseley, Birmingham in 1985. We have Flagship Showrooms in: Dudley, Tyseley (Birmingham), Shrewsbury and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Cousins Furniture stores are open 7 days a week, with two late shopping evenings until 8pm. Each store is easily accessible by road and close to public transport links, in addition to being local to some great family-friendly attractions too, so that you can combine your visit for a fun family day out! Each store has expansive free car parking, and offers easy mobility access and free customer Wi-Fi. Cousins Furniture offer excellent choice and value with a huge selection of world-renowned furniture brands such as Collins & Hayes, Ercol, G Plan, Harrison, Parker Knoll, and Relyon. We also offer our customers the opportunity to benefit from our own exclusive Bespoke Sofa Studio, where customers can design their own sofas and chairs to their own made-to-measure sizes and optimal comfort levels. Our expert buyers have handpicked an impressive selection of quality sofas, chairs, dining and bedroom furniture, occasional furniture, and accessories.
