人權公約施行監督聯盟，（簡稱「人約盟」）是台灣在地的非政府組織，致力推動普世人權價值，確保人人皆享有平等之尊嚴與權利。2009年，四十多個人權團體、律師與學者專家組成「兩公約施行監督聯盟」，致力監督政府落實。後立法院陸續通過其他人權公約施行法，兩約盟工作範圍亦隨之擴大，改名為「人約盟」。
