About Covington Plastic Molding, Inc
We are a plastic injection molder specializing in small to medium runs, hard to run parts, quick turn around, and quick change molds. We serve many industries, including medical, electronics, communications, sporting goods, military, power tools, automotive, lighting, consumer, packaging, and more. In addition to manufacturing, we offer secondary operations, such as ultrasonic welding, pad printing, heat staking, drilling, tapping, and milling. Our capabilities include part and mold design, CAD/CAM, prototyping, 3D printing, material analysis, CNC machining, mold making locally, nationally, and off-shore, RAM/wire EDM, conventional machining, quick change molds, and we diagnose, alter, and repair existing molds and tooling. Covington Plastic Molding was founded in 1998 by Scott, James, and Steve Covington. Since then, we have expanded our operational capacity several times to provide a range of machinery and services to fit our customers' needs. In 2019, we added a high production facility in York, PA to accommodate our higher volume jobs. We work with all businesses, small to large, locally, nationally, and internationally.
