About Cultivate London

Established in 2010, Cultivate London is a West London-based social enterprise and environmental charity that uses horticulture and engagement with nature to improve community wellbeing, support individuals into sustainable employment, and enhance local green spaces. Through diverse education and engagement programs, we empower people, especially young people, to gain new skills, boost their health and wellbeing, and foster deeper connections with nature. WHAT WE DO Commercial Gardening Services We provide professional gardening services for corporate, residential property managers, and public-sector clients. Income generated directly supports our charitable work. Community Gardening & Flagship Sites - Salopian Garden (Isleworth): Once a derelict plot, now a thriving kitchen garden and educational hub. Awarded “Outstanding” by Britain in Bloom: It’s Your Neighbourhood (2024), Salopian has welcomed 3,800+ participants since 2015. - DIG Garden (Hanwell): A newly acquired site expanding our capacity for horticultural and environmental education, offering opportunities for community-led growth and innovation. Education & Community Activation We deliver hands-on horticultural experiences for all ages through school visits, nature-based workshops, health and wellbeing sessions, and other environmental education initiatives. We also offer apprenticeships and professional training, helping individuals gain skills and confidence for meaningful careers in horticulture and sustainability.
