For nearly 50 years, Custom Engineered Wheels (CEW®) has been the market leader in Plastic Injection Molding: Custom and Standard Wheels plus a wide variety of plastic components and parts. We operate in two locations, our HQ and main operations facility located in Baldwyn Mississippi, with our second location in Reynosa, Mexico. Both facilities have ISO 9001:2015 certification, combining for nearly 250,000 sq feet of manufacturing space including 33 presses ranging from 1,250 tons to 100 tons. We go to market under four operating groups. Our Industrial Wheels Group offers OEMs the industry’s most comprehensive selection of standard and custom wheels designed to meet the demanding requirements of all commercial and industrial applications including lawn and garden, material handling, and recycling. Our Medical Mobility Group has been a leader in medical mobility solutions since 1988. We were pioneers in introducing the first wheelchair wheel with flat-free technology, and we continue to push boundaries with our innovative products. Our Cycle Technology Group is a leading manufacturer with six decades of experience in specialty wheels for the bicycle industry. This group offers unparalleled expertise and cutting-edge technology to meet the evolving needs of the cycling market. Our Advanced Manufacturing Group is a leading provider of custom injection molded thermoplastic components and tool transfers, specializing in medium to high-volume production. Collectively, these four groups operate under some of the industry’s most iconic and well-known brands, including X-Core®, Shox®. Shox-Air®, Aero-Flex®, Skyway®, and TuffWheel®.
