Our Immersive Meditation Experience is a class that transports individuals into a state of restoration and focus with the use of visuals, sound healing frequencies and guided meditation. It is a safe space where you can feel into your body through focused breathing and access a state of calm in the present moment. Accessing these states throughout the day allows us to integrate all that we have going on so then we can head back into the world with a greater state of awareness, patience and resilience. The practice also allows our creativity to fully open up. As we allow our conscious mind to take a rest and our subconscious mind to to take over and work from a pure state of intuition, this leads to more focused and balanced workflow along with greater capabilities for decision making throughout the day.
