Daudlin Search, previously Daudlin, De Beaupre and Company was co-founded by Paul Daudlin in 1991. For 27 years the firm worked with some of the largest and most distinguished hospitals and health systems in the Midwest receiving national recognition as one of the Top 25 Healthcare Executive Search Firms in the Country. With the famous Winston Churchill quote “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give” as our guiding principle, the services offered by our firm expanded from executive recruiting and consulting services within the healthcare community to include recruiting and consulting in the education and nonprofit sectors. In 2010 Katherine (Katie) Shubnell joined her father, Paul Daudlin to assist the firm with research and candidate assessment. Katie’s professional background was in nonprofit leadership and she holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Michigan. Upon Paul’s retirement, Katie took on the role as Chief Executive Officer.
