D.C. Men's Empowerment Network aims to bring together men of color across professions, generations, and experiences in order to foster a genuine support system in the DMV region. We hope to create an anchor point from which men can courageously expand their capacities, skills, and self-awareness. We hope to promote a culture of non-judgement and empathy where men can break free of the confines of modern masculinity in order to access their full humanity, creativity and latent gifts. Each member of the network will have the opportunity to explore the type of man they aspire to be and work toward that vision within an encouraging community.
