Dev Northwest is a nonprofit that was created in 2019 when Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) and Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (WNHS) united to expand impact, bring people together, and better help our communities thrive in the long term. Together, our two organizations have 60 years of experience. We help people find and make homes, start small businesses, revitalize neighborhoods, and achieve their goals — whatever shapes those goals may take. Our mission is to grow vibrant Northwest communities by empowering the region’s individuals, families, small businesses, and neighborhoods. To open doors to progress and equity and opportunity — and keep them open. To stand beside our neighbors — beside you — and walk through whichever door you choose, together. We provide practical and goal-oriented support to individuals, families, and communities across the Northwest. Our work is hands-on.
