The Do-IT team work with organisations by providing services and packages to support people who may be Neurodivergent (Learning Difficulties and Disabilities). Do-IT work with organisations in the Criminal and Youth Justice System, support organisations (Employability contracts, Health, Charities), Apprenticeship and Training Providers, Schools, Employers and specialist organisations. Do-IT Provide a range of support packages including: The Do-IT Profiler- a software-as-a-service to help identify skills, abilities, strength and weaknesses, monitor and evaluate over time offer support and recommendations based on data analysis at person, group, and organisational levels. Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler – web-based screening tools to support employees and their line managers. Neurodiversity Workplace Assessors Profiler – web based screening tools for Occupational Health, Disability Assessors to use with employees and provide one -to -one support. Disability Confident support – helping to take organisations to become Neurodiversity and Disability Confident at all stages from Committed to Leader status. Workshops–tailored specifically to the organisational context/sector delivered by experts in the field. Webinars –bringing training to line managers, Diversity and Inclusion and Human Resources. Research outputs- including data analysis, predictive analytics, evaluations, resource development. Consultancy services- consulting on processes and procedures relating to neurodivergence/Learning Difficulties and Disabilities and finding solutions to specific needs of the organisation.
