About Doral Academy Preparatory

Our school is especially committed to Advanced Academic Programs. We offer 30 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and Early College Dual Enrollment. During the 2016-2017 school year, we administered over 2,200 Advanced Placement Exams to our students. Our students attend some of the most prestigious universities throughout the nation. We are proud of that because of our academic success, we have been recognized by every major publication as one of the very best schools in America. This past year we were honored to of been chosen by the National Center for Urban School Transformation (NCUST) to receive an award for outstanding commitment to education. In addition, the Department of Education will be awarding us with a National Blue Ribbon Award which will be our 3rd such award in the past 4 years. As a school, we hold high standards and expectations for each student in regard to academic performance, co-curricular participation, and responsible citizenship. It is with pride that we hold these high standards and ask each of our students to commit to maintaining the extraordinary record of achievement and contribution that have been the legacy of Doral Academy Charter.
