At Dosha Pops we are focused on creating balance from the inside out. We are an artisanal gourmet boutique offering mouth-watering Ayurvedic lollipop flavors. Designed with your unique Ayurvedic Dosha in mind, we’ve created lollipops with a fusion of ingredients that work together to balance your Dosha energy and contribute to overall health. Made from the marriage of natural herbal teas with spices and essential oils, our lollipops come in good-for-you flavors such as rose and pomegranate rooibos. Considered the oldest medical science in the world, Ayurveda is a form of holistic healing that has been practiced in India for more than 5,000 years. Incorporating all aspects of life—including diet, exercise, ideal climate, sleeping and eating times–Ayurveda aims to keep the body well. Just as we all have a unique fingerprint, according to Ayurvedic beliefs, each person also has a unique pattern of Ayurvedic energies. These energies are called Doshas and there are three distinct types, Vata Dosha, Pitta Dosha, and Kapha Dosha. While multiple Dosha energies may be present within you, usually one is more dominant than the others. Ayurvedic practitioners believe disease can occur when these energies are out of balance. Ayurveda’s key mission is simple, to bring the Doshas back into balance. We at Dosha Pops share this same mission.
