(DEC), is a woman-owned small business headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with satellite offices in Williamsburg, Virginia, Raleigh, North Carolina, Nashville, Tennessee, and Rockville, Maryland. DEC has been providing high quality professional environmental consulting services to both public and private sector clients nationwide since 2008. It has always been our mission to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions for our client's environmental and natural resource needs focusing in the following core service areas: environmental permit preparation, coordination, and compliance; natural resource assessment and reporting; rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species assessment and permitting; and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and compliance.
