The founders decided to centralize tournament operations and train their own staff, so that companies can look to DSA for expertise while having access to a large pool of professional tournament officials and organizers that are familiar with specific games and have a unified set of expectations and performance amongst the team. Digital Sports Administration helps to alleviate the hassle of the recruitment stage where time and effort are spent on searching for available officials and the verification process of validating an official's experience and skillset. DSA handles all contracts, sows, and training for the officials. Digital Sports Administration has worked with TELUS for tournament organizing, operations, and production.
