Within the last 10 years, E2E has become a company that educates and supports employers through the complex labyrinth of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act more commonly known as PPACA or Obamacare. E2E has developed software tools to help employers with compliance issues, program implementation and required filings. E2E also serves as an employee benefits services center for employers and their employees. At E2E Resources, employees are empowered to innovate, problem solve and resolve issues. Each team member is trained and encouraged to expediently work through issues and arrive at a resolution acceptable to the client. By keeping the communication lines proactively open with their clients, each team member has a strong working knowledge of the client’s expectations and needs.
