We are dedicated to improving the lives of pets in the underserved East Oakland community. We are a 501c3 sponsored organization. Our all volunteer team finds solutions for low-to-no income members of the East Oakland community who want to keep their pets happy and healthy. CONSTANCE: PACK LEADER Connie believes in the power of pets and pet loving people to transform and transcend hard times. She grew up in a pet loving family that let her keep a cat who appeared in a store aisle, but only after the cat accompanied them to get ice cream.
