Energy Consulting Network A/S (EC Network) (Ltd.) was established in 2000 and is among the leading Danish companies internationally within the field of sustainable energy. The mission of EC Network is to make a professional contribution to the dissemination of sustainable energy and environmental systems. EC Network possesses expertise and experience to provide assistance at every stage of the process in energy and environmental projects, from strategy development to the actual implementation/commissioning of organizational and technical measures. The experts within EC Network are experienced in working closely together with local partners in the individual countries, and in finding solutions, which take the particular local, economic, political, geographical, environmental and cultural conditions into consideration. EC Network aims at working in a particular process-oriented way providing clients with deeply rooted sustainable solutions. The three partners behind the firm are all experienced senior consultants. Each of them has played an important role in the development of the Danish energy sector and in the implementation of various energy and environmental programs/projects in many parts of the world. Beyond the three partners a number of employees and associates are attached to the Company. The experts in Energy Consulting Network together form a highly experienced group of energy planners, financial experts, policy advisors, management consultants and technical experts. The Company is in a position to bring in additional experts from a worldwide network of contacts, which comprises various private and public institutions and consultants. EC Network has worked for private and public sector clients, as well as international donors and IFIs including EU, World Bank, EBRD, Nordic Council of Ministers, UNDP/UNOPS, DANIDA, Danish Energy Authority and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
