Echelon Pathways Foundation is a non-profit organization specializing in evolving Technology to empower society through dynamic Education. As the fundamental basis for improvement in ALL our lives, and for the ENTIRETY of our lives, EPF is focused on delivering a platform that recognizes and supports learning at every age and every stage of life. WHO WOULD USE THIS PLATFORM? In short, EVERYONE. While most quickly think of K-12 education first, this is but 1 category of learning content supported. Curriculum (…or content areas…) also supported include Trade programs, College/University programs, Corporate Skills certifications, Community Education/Outreach, Legal Compliance training, Correctional System education, and more. WHY IS THIS NEEDED? Our current educational process has served us well for a very long time, but the technology boom has changed everything. While automation and advanced technologies have delivered power to businesses, the skills being taught today are decades old. High School graduates - generally not ready; college graduates - some elevated skills + huge debt. Adult workforce - struggle to keep pace; Employers - struggle to find good candidates or to develop existing employees. Life sends you a curveball (medical, legal, etc.)? - it feels like gambling to find your way. Even with our best AI solutions today, it’s like going through a dark forest with a flashlight, never having the clarity of daylight, critical context, …actual comprehensive understanding. HOW IS THIS PLATFORM DIFFERENT? “Curriculum” no-longer means a single, static set of content. The ability to flex and customize to meet the learner where they are is ground-breaking. Learning disabilities, cultural differences, adjusted pacing depending on learner strengths. Also advanced teacher/instructor functions removes administration tasks, allowing focus on TEACHING and the LEARNER.
