About Eden Village Camp
The first and only Jewish organic farm sleepaway camp! Eden Village Camp is a living model of a thriving and inspired Jewish community, grounded in social and environmental responsibility and vibrant spiritual life. Located 50 miles north of NYC on 248 gorgeous acres, our non-profit overnight camp brings a unique focus on farming, food, and wilderness to the best of traditional camp. Our 3rd — 11th grade campers and apprentices build self-esteem, skills, community and Jewish identity through organic farming, outstanding organic Kosher food, animal care, wilderness adventure, natural science, a zero-waste goal, a pool & lake, music, arts, sports, service projects, joyful Shabbat, exceptional staff in a 3:1 staff:camper ratio... all in a vibrant, kind Jewish community. We are blessed to receive many letters from happy parents, along the lines of this one: "Thank you for helping me raise my children in the most magical positive way I can imagine. Eden Village is recognized by the Slingshot Guide as one of the 50 most innovative Jewish organizations in North America, and Founding Directors Yoni and Vivian Stadlin have been honored by the Jewish Week as two of the 36 most influential Jewish leaders under age 36. Sessions are 7, 4 or 3 weeks or 6 days, plus we offer Family Camps over Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends and a number of Spring and Fall Sunday programs, and event rentals.
