Efamy Food Products is the trading name of Efamy Company Limited. We manufacture 7 varieties chilli sauces (Fish, chicken, goat, beef, pork, beans[suitable for vegetarians] and turkey flavors. They also come in 3 chilli strengths (mild, hot and extra hot). We also produce the Non chilli versions and 3 different kinds of seasonings ( All purpose, Coat&Cook and kelewele mix.) Our seven variety chilli oils, are fish, chicken, turkey, goat, beef, pork and beans flavors. They are also made in 3 chilli strengths,(mild, hot and extra hot). We also have the non chilli flavors. For our chilli sauces, we use mainly natural ingredients such us fresh onions, ginger, garlic and chillies. Our meat and fish are bought fresh from the meat and fish markets. These are carefully cooked in vegetable and extra virgin olive to bring out its natural and authentic taste. As a condiment, it can be eaten with chips, pasta, spaghetti, rice, couscous, bread and any other food you fancy. Just be cautious with the chilli strength you choose. We currently supply them to the Afro-Caribbean and Asian retailers. We also supply our chilli sauces to Jumbo, a major Afro-Caribbean wholesaler and hope to supply more wholesalers in due cause. Negotiations are on the way to supply a major supermarket and we hope to announce the details of this supermarket once all negotiations are accomplished. Stay tuned.
