EHR Funding acquires grant-like funding for Medical and Dental Professionals through the EHR Incentive Stimulus Program. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA of 2009) set aside billions of dollars to help Medicaid doctors by funding them to upgrade to certified Electronic Health Records (c-EHRs).
